In ‘downtown’ Saxtons River VT you will have an in-depth opportunity to explore easy, graceful movement once a week f. Regain a sense of lightness, flexibility and the simple pleasure of moving freely. You will be able to record the lessons to practice throughout the month to improve upon what you learn .

Awareness Through Movement Classes
Tuesdays 6PM
JANUARY 14th- March 25 ( skip 2/25 and 3/4)
$220 for the 10 classes, 10 ATMs
In Awareness Through Movement (ATM) the Feldenkrais instructor leads you through a series of subtle exercises which create new movement skills. Unlike yoga or Pilates, you don’t need to feel energized to come to an Awareness Through Movement class. In fact the more tired you are when you walk in the door, the more benefit you may gain from the lesson. All you need to do is get through the studio door. Mats are already provided. (Now on Zoom!)
Functional Integration
This one-on-one learning process is the most direct way of experiencing The Feldenkrais Method. With highly trained hands, I communicate this learning using a gentle and respectful touch. Functional Integration is for anyone who needs to give attention to particular discomforts or challenges. (Now on Zoom!)
Sounder Sleep System™ Teacher Training Insomnia, Anxiety, Stress?
All of these issues are related. By immersing yourself in a Sounder Sleep System ‘sominar’ or training you can quickly reduce these issues using your own ‘bio-bio feedback system’ using nothing but your attention coupled with very small movements to create calm, peace and the ability to sleep well.
In this series, Paris combines Feldenkrais lessons with a Feldenkrais-inspired approach known as the 'Sounder Sleep System®.' You will enjoy the benefits of full-length lessons and learn a collection of short movements that you can use during the day to support and develop your ability to return to a parasympathetic or relaxed neurological state whenever you wish. The lessons in this series will be gentle and accessible to everyone, helping you repair your relationship with sleep and access the many restorative benefits associated with a 'good night's sleep.'
